Shipping & Delivery
Any product that is labeled with FREE Shipping Applies only to the lower 48 states* on products that do not need to be combined with any other items in order to qualify. However, additional charges would apply for lift gate delivery or a rural shipping address. The customer is exempt of these charges if the product is delivered to a nearby terminal, with the customer being responsible for unloading the purchased product.
The lower 48 states excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto. For shipments going to these excluded locations, additional freight charges will be applied.
In regard to BendPak and Ranger equipment, a RATZ surcharge is added to rural destinations. RATZ stands for Rural Area Transportation Zone. RATZ is based on the size of cities and towns and their functional accessibility to major highways and shipping lanes. Transportation and shipping to these remote and rural locations are non-direct shipping points with higher associated delivery costs.
Returns - Replacements & Warranty
Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. You must request a return authorization from our Customer Service department by either calling 1-888-919-4310 or by sending an email to us PLEASE NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including all original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, if any parts are missing, or if the packaging is incomplete or ruined.Every product sold by On Time Auto Equipment, LLC is brand new, unless otherwise specified, and is sold backed by the full manufacturer's warranty.
As of 1/1/2020 - All unsued equipment returns or cancellations made same day, or, within 30 days of purchase will require a 10% fee for administrative support and services. Any credit card fees not automatically returned to On Time Auto Equipment, LLC by the processor will also be charged back to the customer.
Products returned after shipment and after use, will be charged a 30% restocking fee on the total cancelled amount if product is accepted as a return by the manufacturer. This restocking fee is waved if the product is damaged upon delivery. However, customer pays for shipping on all returns.
The product warranty for each manufacturer varies. Some manufacturer warranties may differ by product type (e.g. hand tools, air tools, electric tools, service equipment). We will replace or repair any product sold by us which proves to be defective according to the stated manufacturer's warranty. The consumer is responsible for any shipping costs, both to and from On Time Auto Equipment LLC, which are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy. Alternatively, you may return a defective product directly to the manufacturer or to it's authorized repair station for repair or replacement.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is due at time of purchase, by credit card or by paypal merchant services In the event that a www.ontimeautoequipment.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.ontimeautoequipment.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.ontimeautoequipment.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.ontimeautoequipment.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. All sales are final. No promotional coupons or discounts can be applied after the sale is final. Refer to our return policy above for details on returns.
